SALSA VERDe

Inspired by my memories of the serene and sunny mornings in the countryside, their vibrant colors and their smell of grass and wet earth.

Hand roasted tomatillo, fresh cilantro, smoked garlic and the spicy fruit flavor of the chile jalapeno. Perfect for seafood, beef, chicken or pork, as “dip” for your favorite snack or to spice up any dish.
Especially good to make a flavorful “guacamole”.

Salsa Roja

My mother taught me to cook, to know and mix the spices, herbs, chiles and flowers, to take the colors, textures and flavors and prepare delicious “magic” with them. Inspired by her, I created my version of this traditional salsa.

Hand Roasted tomatoes marinated in a mixture of red wine, dried chilies and hibiscus flower, roasted garlic and fresh herbs. Delicious as a sauce for pizza or pasta, as “dip” for your favorite snack or to spice up any dish.
